We are utilizing Canada Post in expediting your shipments with full tracking information.

All orders received before 11:00am Pacific Time(UTC-8) on regular business days(excluded Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will be shipped next business day.

Canada Post attempts delivery once at your location. However, if unsuccessful, notification will be left at your door and parcel will be dropped off at the nearest Retail Postal Outlet. 10 business days will be allowed for pick up before the parcel is returned to us. Please note that no shipping charges will be refunded for returned parcels.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and information from Canada Post. Within the email, there is a link, follow the link and you will be able to track your order after it leaves our facility.

Note: Small and lightweight item will be ship without tracking number.
